Terms and conditions of participation

1. Organiser

The organiser of “The Porsche 911 Poster Competition” is Porsche Schweiz Ltd (PCH), Blegistrasse 7, 6343 Rotkreuz.

2. Poster competition

The competition is intended for Porsche enthusiasts and drivers and owners of Porsche vehicles. Participation is free of charge.

“The Porsche 911 Poster Competition” aims to reward the most creative and unusual poster design. Posters are created by the competition participants with the help of Porsche Poster Studio.

After the closing date for entries in accordance with section 7, an expert jury from PCH will select one outstanding design from the posters submitted.

The winner will be able to participate in the Porsche World Road Show at the Porsche Driving Center Lignières, which will take place in June 2025.

By taking part in the competition, participants acknowledge these terms and conditions.

3. Eligibility to participate

Persons resident in Switzerland or Liechtenstein who are at least 21 years old on the date of participation and have a valid driving licence are eligible to participate. The following driving licences are accepted: Swiss driving licence, EU driving licences; national driving licences from non-EU countries not written in English are only accepted with a certified German or English translation; international driving licences are only accepted in conjunction with a national driving licence. Participants are not permitted to take part in the competition if they do not have a valid driving licence or if they are subject to an official driving ban.

Each participant is entitled to take part in the competition once. Participants who enter the competition more than once or provide false information when registering may be excluded from the competition.

4. Terms and conditions of participation

4.1 Participation takes place exclusively online via the poster competition website www.passion-day.porsche-poster.com/de / www.passion-day.porsche-poster.com/fr / www.passion-day.porsche-poster.com. Please complete the online form in full and accept the terms and conditions of participation and the privacy policy, then click on the “Take part now” button.

Entries submitted by post, e-mail, via Porsche social media channels or in any other way will not be taken into account.

4.2 You can revoke your participation in the poster competition by sending an e mail to competition@porsche.ch by the closing date to cancel your entry.

5. Requirements for the poster design

Each participant can enter the poster competition with a maximum of 1 poster design. Posters must have been created with Porsche Poster Studio and submitted via the website www.passion-day.porsche-poster.com/de / www.passion-day.porsche-poster.com/fr / www.passion-day.porsche-poster.com.

6. Rights of use

When a poster design is uploaded, PCH is granted the right to use the poster without any temporal, spatial or material restrictions. The poster may be used and reproduced for press reports and other publications, exhibitions, websites and social networks of PCH and the Swiss Porsche (Service) Centers. The rights of use for the poster are provided free of charge. The participants guarantee that they hold all the associated rights and undertake to indemnify PCH against any recourse, legal disputes, claims for damages and other actions and claims that third parties may initiate or assert with regard to the publication of the poster.

By giving their consent, the participants also authorise the poster design to be edited and cropped in order to display it in the relevant formats.

7. Closing date

The closing date for entries is 31 March 2025. Designs submitted after this date cannot be taken into consideration.

The time of participation taken into account is the electronically logged time of receipt of the data record of the declaration of participation in the system.

8. Selection of the winning poster and notification of the winner

The winner will be determined after the closing date for entries. The final selection of the winning design will be made by a jury. The jury reaches their decision on the basis of technical and professional criteria.

The winner will then be notified in writing by e-mail to the e-mail address provided.

9. Final provisions

PCH reserves the right to suspend the competition in whole or in part if difficulties arise that jeopardise the integrity of the competition. PCH will make use of this option in particular if the proper organisation of the competition can no longer be guaranteed for technical or legal reasons.

The liability of PCH and its employees and auxiliaries arising from or in connection with the poster competition, irrespective of the legal grounds, is limited to cases of intent or gross negligence, insofar as this is legally permissible.

The organisers’ decision is final. The prize may not be paid out in cash, substituted or exchanged.
